i was utterly disappointed by my stay, the hot water in the shower took 10 minutes, do they expect guests to stand around in cold water? I also encountered rude breakfast staff, but it’s okay, I simply woudl ve been expecting complimentary coffee. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
